What Should I Call This?

Last son of Charles & Fannie. Southern, but with no boundaries. Little Rock raised me...The Bluff & Brew City shaped me. Evolving. I'm not perfect in no shape, form, or fashion. Sometimes my passion gets me in trouble. I'm scared of failing. A scholar (book & street), with a great ear for music & the arts. A very unorthodox take on society. A crap shot with every post. No moment is ordinary. Through my eyes.

Blue Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast (Wrapped in Bacon)

Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
12 slices of bacon (pork or turkey)
6 tablespoons of blue cheese
1 ½ cup of BBQ sauce

Preparation:
1. Make a pocket into the thickest part of the breast, be sure you do not go all the way through. Stuff 1 1/2 tablespoons of blue cheese into each pocket of each breast.
2. Wrap 3 pieces of bacon around each breast, secure with toothpicks, be sure to cover the entire breast.
3. Grill or bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes on each side or until bacon begins to brown. Start basting with BBQ sauce. Total cooking time should be around 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of your chicken breasts.

*Pork bacon cooks/grills a lot better.
